April 13, 2016 Daffodil Month The daffodil is a symbol of strength and courage in the fight against cancer. This April, show your support for Canadians living with cancer. Toronto chocolatiers, including us, were gathered together by David Chow, to create a 10-pc chocolate box. Each chef donated one custom bonbon in a white and yellow colourway. Only 100 boxes are being assembled with all proceeds going to the Canadian Cancer Society! The fundraiser box will be available for purchase at Roselle and Maisonette starting today for $30. Ours was designed and created in collaboration with Francesco Battaglia of Francesca Bakery. The shape is square dipped and the flavours are ginger jelly and lime caramel (bottom left). April 8, 2016 Spring Chocolate Collection Our Spring chocolate collection is now available. We decided to take a traditional approach with dipped bonbons but with a twist in flavours: Heavenly Cream Sloan tea milk chocolate ganache, lime milk chocolate ganache, tangy ginger jelly and lime milk chocolate ganache, and organic dark chocolate ganache.
